Delivery

DELIVERY CHARGE

Free delivery only applies to:


All Selection (over HK$1,200 OR minimum 6 bottles)

​HK$150 will be charged for orders below HK$900 OR less than 6 bottles.

​

HK$250 will be charged for urgent delivery within 48 hours after the order is placed.

GENERAL POLICY

  • Daily order cut-off time is 16:00, Monday to Friday.

  • Regular delivery date is within 3-5 business days.

  • Available delivery dates depend on our delivery schedule.

  • Available delivery time slots are 09:00-13:00 or 14:00-18:00.

  • The order will be treated as urgent delivery if delivery has to be made within 48 hours.

  • Please leave us a note on cart page if special delivery arrangement is required.

  • Delivery is NOT available on public holidays or extreme weather, the delivery date will be postponed to next earliest date available according to our delivery schedule. (When Typhoon Signal #8 or the Black Rain signal is hoisted.)

OTHER POLICY

  • Other areas not listed above, delivery will be made within 3-5 business days depending on our delivery schedule.

  • If your flat is without elevators, we kindly request you come to the ground floor to collect the parcel, our outsourced logistics companies will not deliver to flats on the upper levels without elevators.

  • Restricted Areas: We cannot deliver to anywhere that is vehicle restricted.

  • Due to customs restrictions, we can only offer delivery in Hong Kong.
