WinePort HK (‘the Company’) is committed to making sure your goods are handled and delivered in the correct condition.
This policy, together with our Store Policy (see our site) and any other documents referred to in it sets out the basis on which any refunds may be processed. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your refunds. By visiting www.wineporthk.com (‘our Site’) you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this policy.
INSPECTION PERIOD
The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon arrival for any and/or damages. By signing the delivery note, you acknowledge that your order is correct and that you accept the package. Claims (if any) must be reported to our email sales@wineporthk.com within 24 hours of delivery receipt; otherwise, we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Company.

By using our service, visiting our website or sharing information, you consent to this refund policy.
GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy Statement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
REFUND POLICY
Refund and method of refund would be made solely on the company's decision.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order after you have paid, there is a 6% (of the total purchase amount) transactional refund fee. However, if we have already dispatched your order, there will be a cancellation fee of HK$300 .
OWNERSHIP
All wines and spirits or other goods ordered remain the property of WinePort HK until payment is received in full.
