An outstanding vintage with the grapes ripening extremely well in the winery. The grape bunches were destemmed before the berries were crushed. The wine was fermented in stainless steel vats for 9 days before maturarion took place in oak casks

Crushed raspberries and strawberries on the nose with some nut-cream and floral notes. Medium-to full-bodied with a silky feel and some firm tannin showing on the finish. Give it a year or two. Try from 2023.
