The Colognole Estate is a small boutique winery based in Tuscany, owned by the Spaletti family since 1980. Mario and Cesare are meticulous producers of elegant wines, greatly influenced by the cool summer breezes from the Apennine mountains which give a unique character to this outstanding Chianti Rufina. The wine is matured in Slovenian and French oak casks for 18 months.
